The nutrition of the Koi carp is most important in the first few days, as the first few days determine the growth of the fish for their entire life. Therefore, the first few days are the most important for the small Koi.
Feed set consisting of 3 KENJI KOI feed types
With our KENJI KOI BabyFood 1-3 food set, you can ensure that your fish grow up with high-quality, protein-rich food. We use this food to raise our Japanese koi offspring with great success.
Our feed recommendation for optimal rearing:
1st-3rd day – Breeding with Artemia larvae which can be bred by yourself or other small creatures such as water fleas and mosquito larvae
From the 3rd day: Start with our KENJI KOI Baby Food 1 250g and feed this together with the natural food from the first few days. Feed several times a day. As soon as the little koi can eat the larger grain size of 0.8mm, switch to our KENJI KOI Baby Food 2.
Finally, feed the KENJI KOI Baby Food 3 from the rearing food with a grain size of up to 2.2mm. All types of food are included in our KENJI KOI BabyFood 1-3 food set.
As soon as the young koi have reached a size of over 10cm and at the latest from 12cm you can start with a regular 3mm koi food. We recommend a growth food such as KENJI KOI Growth+ or KENJI KOI Color & Growth, which not only supports growth but also directly supports the colors.

Gutes Sink-Winterfutter. Wird von meinen Kois sehr gut aufgenommen. Preis
ist hervorragend.
Ich bevorzuge un der Kalten Jahreszeit mit Wassertemperaturen unter 10° am liebsten Kenji Ballance. Die Kois sind verrückt danach.
Ich empfehle es sehr gerne.
Ich habe das Kenji Koi Growth+ ausprobiert. Klasse Futter, alle meine Kois mögen es und nehmen es sehr gut an. Die 6mm Perlen haben genau die richtige Größe für meine Fische. Ich hatte bisher ein Futter eines Wettbewerbers gekauft, war auch damit sehr zufrieden aber es kostet das dreifache. Ich kann Kenji Koi Growth+ nur empfehlen. Daher ganze 5 Sterne.
