KENJI KOI Bacto-Balls contain millions of live filter bacteria that not only improve water quality, but also reduce ammonia and nitrite levels. With the Bacto-Balls you can reduce the running-in time of your filter by up to 80%.

The filter balls are placed in the filter where the bacteria are needed and dissolve on their own.

Application: When the water temperature is 10 degrees or higher, the KENJI KOI Bacto-Balls can be added to the filter weekly. Before dosing, switch off the UVC lamp for 10 days if you are dosing for the first time, or for 24 hours if you are dosing repeatedly.

Dosage: Approx. 500ml per 10,000L pond water. 1L is enough for 20,000L

Caution: Do not use on animals used for food production.

Tip: We recommend dosing every 4 weeks for permanently good water values.
