Ideal filter starter for the removal of ammonium and nitrite

The KENJI KOI Clean Aqua Boost consists of dried bacterial cultures that become active when they come into contact with water and oxygen. Clean Aqua Boost is an ideal filter starter because the bacteria promote the breakdown of ammonium and nitrite and the biological balance in the pond is established and secured. The highly concentrated formula of various microorganisms achieves a high range, which allows a pond volume of 10,000L to be treated with just 25ml and provides immediate relief.

Dosage of Clean Aqua Boost:

Starting dosage: 25 ml (approx. 16g) of powder per 10,000 liters of pond water

Follow-up dosage: 12.5 ml (approx. 8g) of the powder per 10,000 liters of pond water

Application: Dissolve the specified amount of powder in a bucket filled with 30°C water and leave in a shady place for 4 - 12 hours to activate the bacteria. During this activation time, the Clean Aqua Boost should be stirred occasionally to speed up the process and achieve maximum effect. Then distribute the solution evenly in the pond and filter to achieve a quick and good effect. The product should only be used when the water temperature is at least 12°C.

Attention: Protein skimmer, UV clarifier and ozone device must be switched off for 48 hours so that the bacteria can work.
